This kitten/cat is not to be destroyed for any reason other than terminal illness or injuries approved by a veterinarian.
If this cat/kitten is going into a multi-pet household the breeder/seller will not be responsible for any illness or vet bills that occur due to the exposure
between the cat/kitten and the resident pets.
The kitten/cat will not be de-clawed Initial_____________. De-clawing is an inhumane mutilation. It consists of amputation of the first knuckle. It
is comparable to the removal of a human fingertip at the first knuckle. Weekly nail-clippings, gentle discipline along with the availability of a
scratching post or mat will eliminate scratching problems.
Ear cleaning and baths are recommended as needed, depending on how oily your Sphynx is. Sphynx have skin oil that if left unattended could cause
skin issues or ear infections. It is understood that degrees in hairlessness in sphynx vary from cat to cat and that no feline is completely hairless. Fur
on the tail, feet and face, back of ears is common. Furthermore, it is understood that hormones and genetics play an important role in hairlessness and
that even though a kitten may be almost hairless when sold it is possible said kitten could develop some hair after being neutered/spayed or as it grow
older. Reasons include but not limited to: weather and climate, and seasonal and hormonal changes can have a bearing on growth. It is not
guaranteed that your cat will remain hairless.
The kitten/cat will receive frequent and kind human attention. Please use logic in interacting with any animal; gentle play makes a loving and gentle
animal, as rough play can create Monsters! The kitten will be given the proper diet in the proper amount, and will have fresh water and clean litter
boxes available at all times.
If the buyer having put a deposit on a kitten/cat should later change their mind about the purchase, the deposit will not be refunded. If, however, the
kitten/cat should die before the buyer picks up his/her kitten/cat, Free Range Sphynx will replace it with one of equal quality and value. If one is not
available, the buyer will be placed first on a waiting list. If for any reason the buyer needs to find said kitten/cat a new home, seller has first right of
refusal to receive the kitten/cat back as a surrender. There are no monetary refunds. This right is not time limited, but remains in effect for the life of
said kitten/cat.
If this cat or kitten is purchased as a breeder male, purchaser agrees not to resell this cat or kitten for stud to anyone unless approved by the seller.
If this cat/kitten is purchased as a breeder male, purchaser agrees not to use this cat/kitten for outside stud service, except as follows: approved by the
seller.
If this cat/kitten is purchased as a breeder female, purchaser agrees not to resell this cat or kitten for use as a breeder to anyone unless approved by the
seller. Seller makes no guarantees as to the fertility or performance of cats or kittens when purchased for breeding
If this cat or kitten is purchased as a breeder, purchaser agrees to use good judgment in the breeding, and to always breed for healthy, quality kittens
of good temperament, that are a good representation of the breed
Breach of Contract
In the event the purchaser is found to have violated any of the terms and conditions of this contract, the cat/kitten is to be surrendered unconditionally
to the Seller. Seller may reclaim physical and legal ownership of cat/kitten with or without due process of law for any breach of contract with no
refund of purchase price.
In the event the Purchaser is found to have violated any of the terms of this contract, Purchaser shall be liable to the Seller for damages in the amount
of two times the purchase price of said cat/kitten, plus expenses for veterinarian care upon return of cat/kitten to Seller and all attorney, legal and
related miscellaneous fees that result in litigating this contract. Any legal action, which may arise under the terms of this contract, will be brought in
the county/city of breeder's residence.

provided other than those specifically outlined above.
Any legal action which may arise under the terms of this contract will be brought in Maricopa County, Arizona, USA. BUYER shall be liable for any
